We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds.

If your candle is faulty, or damaged during shipping, a replacement of the purchase price will be issued to you. At this time, we do not offer refunds. If this is to occur, please contact us via and provide your order number and a photograph of the product for assessment. You must also indicate whether you would like a replacement for your order. This must be completed within a reasonable time frame of receiving your order. After your candle is assessed, you will receive confirmation of the return within a 72 hour period. 

Please note that “frosting” is not a fault in the candle. Frosting is a natural effect of using soy wax and occurs in all vegetable waxes. All soy waxes frost, and is a sign that the candle is made with natural soy wax. Frosting does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.

As our candles do not have any additives, please keep them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight and light sources may cause discolouration of the candles and these will not be accepted as a return.



We will attempt to manufacture and dispatch all orders within 4-6 business days of when your order was placed, however, we accept no responsibility for delays once your order is fulfilled and the tracking number of courier has been supplied to you via email.
